Majorian has introduced Peace&Work to address critical recruitment and retention challenges in the hospitality industry by promoting establishments committed to exemplary Quality of Life at Work (QWL) policies. This initiative awards a prestigious label—bronze, silver, or gold—based on anonymous surveys conducted among coworkers. The survey results are meticulously analyzed, and a comprehensive report is presented to management, detailing outcomes, comparisons, and action plans.
This label offers dual advantages: it provides employers with an objective assessment of their HR policies while signaling to employees the presence of workplaces prioritizing human well-being in their development strategy. The label serves as a compelling differentiator, enhancing attractiveness to talent and bolstering employee retention efforts.
Developed internally by Majorian's HR teams, Peace&Work is available in French, English, and Italian, tailored to meet sector-specific needs with surveys designed for swift completion (10-15 minutes).
