On 26 September 2024, Dolce by Wyndham Versailles celebrated its grand opening after a five-year restoration of the historic Domaine du Montcel in Jouy-en-Josas.
The evening gathered 350 guests, including local officials, architects, artists, and partners, to honour the estate’s artistic and cultural legacy. Immersive performances retraced its storied past, from the Oberkampf era to the Fondation Cartier, while guests explored the hotel’s château, Baccarat ballroom, and Sothys spa. Culinary creations by chefs Benoist Rambaud and César Chavepeyer highlighted the celebration.
The event marked a new chapter for the Left Bank’s luxury hospitality, blending heritage, creativity, and contemporary French elegance.
