Developed through conversations with nearly 1,000 “Artisans,” it focuses on five shared values: trust, growth, care, pride, and joy. The initiative includes mental health support, intergene- rational leadership workshops, and cost-of-living assistance.
By linking happiness with performance, Beachcomber shows how a caring and authentic approach can drive motivation, loyalty, and a shared sense of purpose.
