The hotel/hostel must have been opened or renovated within the past two years and is currently operational.
The project:
ibis Styles Madrid Centro Maravillas transformed a former red-ibis into a design-led hotel within the historic Teatro Maravillas.
Designed by Dorotea Studio, its interiors draw inspiration from theatre dressing rooms and Madrid’s creative spirit. The property features the “Luisa & Regina” vermouth bar, upgraded technology, and Green Key 2025 certification.
With a concept that merges local culture, design, and sustainability, the reopening has enhanced guest satisfaction and performance, establishing the hotel as a new cultural reference in Madrid’s dynamic city center.
