NNERgise Green Meetings, launched by IHCL in 2024, redefines corporate gatherings with a sustainable and innovative approach tailored for the mindful generation. These meetings emphasize minimizing the ecological footprint while enhancing guest experiences through holistic practices.

The initiative addresses the growing demand for sustainable solutions in corporate meetings. By integrating eco-conscious strategies, INNERgise Green Meetings combine functionality with environmental stewardship, enabling businesses to convene responsibly. The program is rooted in five core pillars:

1. Mindfully Curated Menus: Offer brain-nourishing, low-sugar meals made from locally sourced, seasonal, and immunity-boosting ingredients.
2. Responsibly Sourced Consumables: Utilize recycled paper, renewable energy, and eco-friendly materials, ensuring a low carbon footprint.
3. Sustainable Meeting Services: Encourage paperless planning, provide EV transport, and house-bottled water, reducing plastic waste.
4. Energizing Participative Activities: Incorporate yoga, meditation, and sound healing to enhance attendee well-being.
5. Community and Environmental Contributions: Allocate part of the proceeds to environmental and community welfare initiatives under IHCL’s Paathya program.

INNERgise Green Meetings also feature innovative assets like paperless meeting planning, sustainable F&B practices, and impact assessment tools to track carbon savings. Meeting spaces are equipped with dimmable LED lighting, acoustic insulation, and optimal air quality systems. These measures, combined with socially conscious activities and zero-waste policies, set new benchmarks in eco-friendly business events.

The program has already made a tangible impact. Over 4,000 trees have been planted, contributing to the absorption of nearly 80,860 kg of CO2 annually. Plastic use has been significantly reduced, with 19 lakh plastic bottles replaced by in-house bottling systems. Additionally, partnerships with local communities have generated employment and supported environmental conservation.
