Since taking charge in 2024, he has doubled total revenue to USD 30 million while elevating guest satisfaction to over 90 percent. Under his leadership, 66 percent of managers are Maldivian nationals and 14 internal promotions were achieved in one year. Judd’s team pioneered first-in-Maldives initiatives such as the overwater cocktail service Ambaa, the Made in Chelsea TV collaboration, and the Your Paradise music festival.
