The project:
Les Cabanes de l’Ours is a family-run agritourism project created by the Girardin family on their working farm in the Swiss Jura.
Surrounded by forests and pastures near the River Doubs, the property offers ten elegant wooden cabins with opening roofs that let guests sleep under the stars in comfort. The experience combines rural authenticity and modern design, with local produce, traditional fondue, and breakfast made from farm ingredients.
By blending agriculture, craftsmanship, and hospitality, Les Cabanes de l’Ours illustrates the future of sustainable and nature-centered tourism.
