The project:
Operated by JR Kyushu, Seven Stars in Kyushu offers multi-day journeys across Japan’s southern island.
The luxury train features 10 suites, with interiors crafted from fine woods and textiles selected for the train, combining traditional design with modern comfort. Routes include volcanic landscapes, coastal views, and historic towns, with curated off-train visits to artisans and chefs.
Designed by Don Design Associates, the train showcases Japanese craftsmanship and hospitality.
