The project:
Founded in 2019, Encore Mieux has created a new urban hospitality model through its Hotelib concept.
Operating eight hotels across France, the group revitalizes heritage buildings into connected, human-scale properties. At its core is Nestor.OS, an in-house operating system linking room access, energy management, housekeeping, and performance reporting. Guests enjoy smartphone access, digital check-in, and local concierge support, ensuring both autonomy and human contact.
With over 40,000 guests and 52% direct bookings, Encore Mieux now plans to open Nestor.OS to independent operators, setting a scalable digital standard for European hospitality.
