The project:
The Solidarity Host project by Résidis addresses homelessness and temporary housing challenges through a dignified and inclusive residential solution. Launched in January 2021, the project aims to provide quality, independent living spaces equipped with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and amenities like laundry facilities and parking. Common areas promote integration and well-being, offering spaces for toddlers, reading, TV, fitness, and sports.
Résidis focuses on improving residents' quality of life with comprehensive services across its residences, meeting high market standards. They support autonomy through personalized assistance, facilitating access to employment and conventional housing. Engaging closely with associations, public institutions, and businesses, Résidis builds constructive partnerships to enhance community impact.
Implemented across multiple sites, the project has achieved notable milestones, including a 100% occupancy rate and expansion plans adding three residences annually. Strategic partnerships, quarterly coordination, and resident feedback mechanisms ensure continuous improvement aligned with environmental sustainability goals. The project’s success is underscored by measurable KPIs, confirming its efficacy in enhancing resident empowerment, integration, and well-being.
