Hilton’s StiR Creative Collective is an in-house F&B labotary created to develop restarant and bar concepts across Hilton’s portfolio.
It provides market insight, brand strategy, menu design, and pre-opening support in the Americas and EMEA. StiR helps hotel owners turn F&B into a source of creativity and revenue while keeping alignment with Hilton’s global standards.
It positions dining as an essential part of each hotel’s identity and guest experience.
