This award celebrates the creativity and the enthusiasm of an opening or reopening party of a hospitality site (including hotel). This includes both the party itself and the communication around it.
The project:
On 29 May 2025, Tivoli Kôpke Porto Gaia celebrated its grand opening with The Alchemist of Time, an immersive journey paying tribute to Kopke, the world’s oldest Port wine house.
Held across the hotel’s terraced estate overlooking the Douro River, the event brought together 400 guests, 150 local artists, and live performances blending dance, music, and light. The evening concluded with a concert by fado singer Cuca Roseta and a toast with Kopke’s signature vintage.
Created in partnership with Griffin Events, the celebration reflected Portuguese creativity, heritage, and the timeless elegance of Tivoli hospitality.
