This award recognizes an innovative F&B Experience implemented in a hospitality site that demonstrates the industry’s capacity to innovate and provide guests with a better quality of service. The winner of this award will demonstrate exceptional innovation in F&B Experience and be able to effectively communicate their vision and success in creating an exceptional experience for guests. This award will take into account the experience and the venue rather than the quality of the food.

Opening in August 2025, VICI Bistrot & Ristorante is the new culinary signature of the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, located on Via Veneto.
Named after architect Carlo Busiri Vici, it combines a vibrant daytime bistrot with an elegant evening ristorante led by Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli. The dual concept highlights Italian seasonality, craftsmanship, and storytelling inspired by the hotel’s heritage as the former library of the American Embassy.
With locally sourced ingredients, curated menus presented as books, and collaborations with luxury brands, VICI redefines modern dining in the heart of Rome.
