It offers a 360° experience based on four hospitality pillars: sleep, eat, work, and play, and is designed to evolve over time with low environmental impact and modular accommodations.

Key highlights include:

  • Developing high-quality eco-boutique resorts.
  • A flexible concept not tied to specific architecture.
  • Cost-effective investment with room costs 50% lower than traditional hotels.
  • Emphasis on customer emotions in marketing and communication, setting it apart from competitors.

Three storytelling inspirations are:
